Liner is what gives a lip its shape. Everything you put on after just fills in what the pencil already decided. This one glides instead of dragging — no tugging at the corners, no skipping over dry patches, no sawing back and forth to get color out of it.

Smudge-resistant once it sets. Wear it alone for a soft matte lip, or use it to build a base under gloss so your color has somewhere to sit.
